Alina is married to Martin, and they have loved serving in ministry together for the past 10 years. They are the proud parents of Rubi, their 18-month-old daughter. Alina has served at Springwood Church since 2023 and is currently completing her Masters in Youth and Family ministry. She has previously served as a local church pastor, and the Young Adult Ministries Director for the South Queensland Conference, with a focus on discipling and equipping young leaders, and assisting churches to empower younger generations. Prior to this, she served as a chaplain at Brisbane Adventist College.
Before entering ministry, Alina worked as a Physiotherapist, specialising in Paediatrics. She then went on to complete her Graduate Diploma in Ministry and Theology at Avondale University.
Alina loves to help people grow in their journey with Jesus - to become all that God is calling them to be, to experience authentic community, and to find their unique place in serving the Kingdom. In her spare time, she loves to spend time with her family, going to the beach, travelling, cooking Italian food and exploring new cafes for brunch!
