Springwood Adventist Church has welcomed a new pastor and his family into their congregation. Pr Ray Moaga and his family have taken up their new roles and are excited to be a part of the Springwood community.

Pr Ray is a seasoned pastor with many years of experience serving in different Adventist congregations across the Union, along with being a chaplain for the Australian Defence Force (Army), the NRL and Queensland Netball.  He is also heavily involved in the local Logan community and he has a passion for preaching the gospel and ministering to people from all walks of life.  He loves speaking about Men's health and mental well-being in the different roles he undertakes. 

Ray's wife, Chantal, is also a vital member of the pastoral team at Springwood. She brings a wealth of talent in different areas such as music and kids ministry and is excited to continue being part of the Springwood community.

Together, Ray and Chantal (Chani) are committed to building strong relationships with the members of their congregation and providing a supportive and nurturing environment for everyone who attends Springwood Adventist Church, and those in the wider Logan area.

Ray and Chani also have three amazing daughters, with two of them already attending the local Adventist school. 

Springwood Adventist church can't wait to see how God uses the Moaga family in our community and local congregation.  Welcome!!!
